Ft. Desoto: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Today I had the opportunity to meet-up with Randy Miller from the local area.
I checked into Newport campgrounds on Wednesday and got out fishing yesterday and today, Friday the 7th.
Quick update! Beautiful evening fishing lighted docks on Santa Rosa Sound for monsters lurking in the dark. 😆 Was a good night fishing with lots of action.
June 1st 2024 was off to an early start with a 1am departure scheduled.
I've always fished Braunig in the morning in the past, but today after a morning appointment it was so beautiful I decided to try an afternoon venture.
Braunig Lake has been on fire this May with each outing producing 6 or more fish.
